Which baffles me and gets me every time because I don’t really feel as though I’ve done anything out of the ordinary. I think most people are intrigued by the fact that I work in an industry that’s so isolated and often feels ironclad. I still surprise myself at times because although everyday feels ordinary, it’s really unordinary in some type of way. And when people ask what I do for a living, I’m not really sure what to tell them… I can’t say I’m a writer because as a writer, I can’t measure up against those in the industry. I can’t say I’m a photographer because…well I’m far short of a photographer, and I sure as hell can’t call myself a blogger because I work for a blogger – I’m not “the blogger”. That’s kinda how I explain it.
I won’t bore you to death with the details, but decided to make a chatty video about my journey instead. I’m super passionate about this industry so I hope you can tell 😉 I’ve always found it helpful to hear those in unconventional jobs talk about their journey, so I hope you gain something from mine… I’m out.
