Having been a tomboy most of my life, it’s no surprise I’m a fan of menswear especially when incorporated into a woman’s wardrobe. There’s something about the clean lines and loose fit that yield nothing but chic and subtle sexiness. I guess you can say that’s why I’m such a huge enthusiast of Scandinavian aesthetic, which if you don’t know by now, is comprised of impeccable messy hair, minimal makeup, and never too put together ensembles – it all just strikes me as very classic. And it’s also something that’s far from what we view as fashionable here in the south east. Luckily for me, I can easily count on my trusty Zara for pieces that speak that language. And if what I’m saying makes no absolute sense right now, just google Elin Kling – she exudes nothing but this vibe I speak of. Long story short…t’was my inspiration for this look.
