I’m a sucker for any kind of miracle worker when it comes to skincare.
Despite sheet masks rising up the ranks in the beauty world, I tend to favor the traditional goop in jars. However, when jet-setting, it’s a whole different story. I love sheet masks most when on an airplane for long ass flights (i.e. Australia) or overnight for shorter trips like NYC. I put these Ouiglo masks to the test during my most recent trip and it left my skin plump and rejuvenated after one night’s use. This one felt slightly thicker and more granular when compared to other sheet masks I’ve used in the past, which left me quite apprehensive… But we all know that delivery is where it counts most – and these delivered what I hoped for. You can get 30% off your first purchase with ‘IPSY30’.
Glossier Coconut Balm Dotcom has been my most reached balm this summer and for good reason – it hydrates and glosses. Its texture is definitely more dense than vaseline, but I love the way it smells and how it just melts against the lips.
I’m also rediscovering my love for this Tatcha moisturizer – it’s silky and sinks right into the skin effortlessly. I don’t find it super rich, which makes it ideal in this heat during the day.
Another new discovery is 3Lab’s WW Cream. I love the deep moisturizing factor and would say it penetrates deeply… But It comes at a super steep price point. I’m a little torn between the results and the price because it does nicely tones and enlivens dullness in the skin.
