I haven’t bought any makeup in like the longest, but after a recent fall purge, lots of things got pushed out and that meant room for more and you can see that’s it’s really more of the same stuff.
1/ I’ve had my sights on Marc Jacobs Daisy since day 1, but I’m not one to wear perfume…yes, something as simple as that requires too much work for me. My mom talked me into buying a set when they were running a BOGO so (she could get one free essentially). So now I’m a proud owner of Daisy…still loving it as much as I did before I even owned it.
2/ If you missed out, just a few days ago Stila had a 30% off promo + free shipping and since I’m a sucker for things like that, I bought 2 backups of my #1 favorite liner – the Waterproof Eyeliner. It’s the one thing I’ll always have in my makeup arsenal – no liquid liner tops this…must own if you don’t already. Go!
3/ Although I love #2 above, I’m also a sucker for MAC Fluidline in Blacktrack. My eyeliner routine looks like this (especially if I’m going for a super strong, black liner look): Apply Blacktrack in the shape that I want, trace over it with Stila’s liquid liner, and then set it with matte black eyeshadow (like MAC Carbon).
4/ MAC Velvet Teddy is the ultimate fall lip color if you want to add a faint touch of color, but nothing too bold. (Pictured below)
